All the accepted and presented papers shall be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Also, all the presented papers are eligible for further review to be published in the IEEE Industry Applications Society periodicals (IAS Transactions, Magazine).
The digest can be submitted to any of the relevant Tracks.
Submit IEEE single-column format .pdf file not exceeding four (4) A4 size pages (maximum size 2MB). The digest template can be downloaded from the following link:
The digest will go for single blind review. The authors should mention their names and affiliations in the digest.
The digest must include an abstract of about 200 words and a maximum of five keywords.
Submitted digests will go through plagiarism check. Digests having similarity scores of 30% or above are liable to be rejected without further review.
The review results of the digest will be sent by email.
The authors of accepted digests will have to incorporate the reviewers' suggestions, and will have to submit the revised camera-ready copy of the paper within the last date of submission. Moreover, it is not permitted to add or remove the author's name once a digest is accepted.
