Accommodation Inside IIT Guwahati 

• The participants of PEDES 2026 can stay in guest house and hostel of IIT Guwahati after paying the appropriate charges which will be shared soon. Depending on the availability of the rooms either individual or shared accommodation will be provided on a first come first serve basis. 

• Based on the availability, the participants may get guest house / hostel accommodation for maximum 5 days, from 15-12-2026 to 20-12-2026. The rooms are of single/double occupancy rooms. 

• The google form for accommodation request inside the IIT Guwahati will be updated soon.
